제목 Highly Stable Binary and Ternary All-Polymer Polymer Solar Cells under Thermal Stress: A Comprehensive Study of Blend Morphology
초록 We compared the thermal and morphological stabilities of all-PSCs and fullerene-based PSCs, both of which had comparable peak efficiencies of 6%. We observed a remarkable contrast in their thermal stabilities, with PCBM-PSCs becoming degraded after annealing, while the performance of all-PSCs remained stable. Macro phase separation driven by the crystallization and fast diffusion kinetics of PCBM was observed in the PCBM-PSCs, which were attributed to the growth of fullerene crystals. In contrast, no morphological changes in the all-PSCs occurred due to low diffusion kinetics and chain entanglements of the polymer acceptors.
