제목 Correlation between Charge Density and Charge Carrier Mobility of Organic Semiconductors Evaluated by Transient Mobility Spectroscopy
초록 Organic semiconductors are promising devices because of advantages in production cost, flexible and optical properties. , they employed organic semiconductors in various devices e.g. organic transistors, light emitting diodes and photovoltaics. Especially, solid state dye-sensitized solar cells used hole transport materials (HTMs), which has character to conducting electrons and transporting hole between counter electrode and metal-oxide semiconductors. However, it is hard to measure the charge transport properties in device structures. We developed a new technique to evaluate the charge carrier mobility as a function of the charge density for a various organic materials and metal-oxide semiconductors in the device architecture, using time-resolved conductivity correlated transient absorption spectroscopy.
