Organic semiconductors are promising devices because of advantages in production cost, flexible and optical properties. , they employed organic semiconductors in various devices e.g. organic transistors, light emitting diodes and photovoltaics. Especially, solid state dye-sensitized solar cells used hole transport materials (HTMs), which has character to conducting electrons and transporting hole between counter electrode and metal-oxide semiconductors. However, it is hard to measure the charge transport properties in device structures. We developed a new technique to evaluate the charge carrier mobility as a function of the charge density for a various organic materials and metal-oxide semiconductors in the device architecture, using time-resolved conductivity correlated transient absorption spectroscopy. |
