제목 Research of PP composites containing lignin-based polymer and cellulose derivative
초록 Ternary PP composites containing lignin-based polycaprolactone polymer(LigPCL), silylated microfbrillated cellulose(MFC) were successfully prepared by melt process using twin screw extruder. LigPCL was synthesized by ring opening polymerization of ε-caprolactone in order to increase thermal stability of lignin. MFC was chemical modified by silylation with silane coupling agent to increase compatibility in PP matrix. In this study, thermal and mechanical properties including tensile, flexural, impact character of PP composites were analyzed by ASTM standard in terms of composition.
