Synthesis and Applications of Carbon Materials Derived from Polymers of Intrinsic Microporosity (PIMs) |

In this study, we present first report on carbonization of polymers of intrinsic microporosity(PIM-1). Many different methods such as ultrasonic spray pyrolysis(USP) and spin coating methods were used for preparing various nano-structured PIM-1s. After carbonization at 800 ~ 1200 ℃, all heat-treated PIM-1 had their original shape and their Raman spectra showed D disordered carbon peak at 1330 cm-1 and G graphitic carbon peak at 1590 cm-1. Especially, PIM-1 fabricated by spin coating had properties similar to graphene after carbonization and could be directly used as the transparent electrodes of OSCs, which had a high efficiency of 1.922 % transmittance of 63% at 550 nm of wavelength and electrical conductivity of 500 S/cm . |
