Recently, halide perovskite nanocrystals have been attracted for display applications due to their excellent optical properties. For fabrication of high performance LED device, particle size uniformity, narrow PL spectrum, and high PLQY of perovskite nanocrystals are important. However, synthesis of high performing perovskite nanocrystals generally requires a high-temperature process or a reaction using toxic organic solvents which are dangerous and difficult to control. In this study, nanocrystals were synthesized at room temperature through mechanosynthesis method which is processed lack of toxic organic solvents. In addition, crystal structures were controlled by changing the ratio of three inexpensive precursors. XRD and TEM analysis were performed to confirm the crystal structure of the synthesized nanoparticles, and optical properties were determined through PL and UV-vis analysis. |
