제목 Hydrohalic acids mediated synthesis of perovskite colloidal nanocrystals with high color purity
초록 For light emitting diodes, it is one of the important factors that narrow emission spectrum of full width at half-maximum(FWHM), which determines the color purity. Therefore, we suggest a hydrogen halide (HX; X=Cl, Br, and I)-mediated method for synthesizing perovskite nanocrystals (PNCs) and confirmed high color purity and compositional uniformity. This is a method through halide anion exchange, and this reaction does not have Pb impurity by using volatile HX. Also, it exhibits a single photoluminescent (PL) peak. In contrast, we confirmed that PNCs by the conventional hot-injection method had metallic Pb/PbBr2 impurities and exhibited multiple PL peaks. As a result, we can obtain the compositionally uniform PNCs produced by the HX-mediated method and confirm the narrow emission spectra at the blue, green, and red EL devices.
