| 제목 | Study on Optimal Cultivation of Mycoleptodonoides aitchisonii Mycelium |
| 초록 | This Study was carried out to investigate the optimal cultural conditions for mycelial growth of Mycoleptodonoides aitchisonii. The optimal medium for the mycelial growth was YMG medium. The optimal temperature and pH were 25℃±1, and 5.5, respectively. The modified medium composition were lactose 5.0 g/L, yeast extract 5.0 g/L, poly-peptone 20.0 g/L, KH2PO4 1.0 g/L, CaCl2•2H2O 1.5 g/L. From the result of experiments on the nutritional requirement, the modified optimal medium was higher than YMG medium in mycelial growth. |
