제목 Improvement of energy conversion efficiency in dye-sensitized solar cell using size reduced hybrid semiconductor
초록 The hybrid semiconductor was manufactured by using TiO2 and WO3 to improve the energy conversion efficiency of dye-sensitized solar cell. The size reduction of hybrid semiconductor was carried out by using paint shaker to enlarge the contact area of semiconductor with dye or electrolyte. I-V curve characteristics were measured by I-V curve analyzer under AM 1.5 irradiation using a solar simulator. In photocurrent-voltage curve, the energy conversion efficiency of the dye-sensitized solar cell increased about two times due to the use of the size reduced hybrid semiconductor.
