제목 Phase Equilibria of Palm Oil and Palm Kernel Oil with Supercritical Carbon Dioxide
초록 Mutual solubilities were determined experimentally for the system of supercritical carbon dioxide and palm oil / palm kernel oil. The phase equilibria data were measured in the circulation cell at temperatures between 333.15 and 373.15 K and pressures of 85 and 350 bar. N-hexane was used as a solvent of palm oil /palm kernel oil. The oil contents in the N-hexane / oil mixture was analyzed by UV-Vis Spectrophotometer. Carbon dioxide contents were measured by the direct measuring the volume at atmospheric pressure. The experimental data were correlated using the Peng-Robinson Equation of State (EOS) with the van der Waals mixing rule. The Peng-Robinson EOS described well in the phase equilibrium data of palm oil / palm kernel oil with supercritical carbon dioxide.
