The ideal method of permeation was taken effects quickly and kept the concentration of blood, and after the treatment, the effect of drugs was removed as soon as maybe, and didn’t have the side effect. Chitooligosaccharide was known to havemany biological potentiality such as antitumor activity. Moreover Chitooligosaccharide was harmlessbecause of water soluble and biodegradable. A complexes ofchitooligosaccharide and gold nanoparticles which have been studied as anticancer material were synthesized. And the size and shape of chitooligosaccharide-gold complex were determined by Scanning electron microscopy, Transmittance electron microscopy, Atomic force microscopy, Ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy, and Zeta potentialanalyzer. |
