제목 Organic-inorganic nanocarriers based on spatially-selective mineralization of self-assembled nanotemplates
초록 The controlled deposition of nanophase inorganic components on self-assembled organic nanotemplates has broadened the choice of new functional nanocarriers for bioactive agents. In this study, we describe the spatially selective mineralization of self-assembled nanotemplates to produce highly biocompatible, robust hybrid nanocarriers that can release anticancer drugs in a specific cellular condition. Core-shell-corona polymer micelles of poly(ethylene glycol)-b-poly(L-aspartic acid)-b-poly(L-phenylalanine) act as a nanotemplate for calcium phosphate mineralization. PAsp middle shells with anionic nano-domains served as a spatial template for mineralization to form a calcium phosphate (CaP) layer. CaP middle layers can protect drug release efficiently at extracelluar environments but dissolve in endosomal/lysosomal compartments to facilitate intracellular drug release. This organic-inorganic nanoparticle can potentially be used as a novel specific intracellular drug carrier.
