제목 Hybrid Nanostructured Materials via Self-Assembled Block Copolymers: Fabrication, Characterization and Functions
초록 Latest developments on the hybrid nanostructured materials via self-assembled block copolymers are discussed in this presentation. We suggest various approaches to fabricate arrays of low-dimensional nanostructures using block copolymers (BCPs) as templates. Within this frame, numerous functional nanomaterials ranging from composite metal/semiconductor to electroactive nanoporous polymers are generated. In particular, surface plasmon resonance (SPR) based optical sensing techniques are employed to monitor events occurring in the BCP nanotemplates in the Kretschmann configuration. This methodology may provide significant advances over conventional analytical tools to explore in-situ/ex-situ studies on nanomaterials in terms of the simplicity and high-sensitivity. We also utilize scattering-type scanning near field optical microscopy to visualize nanodomains of BCP thin films. With this scheme, an all-optical spatial resolution better than 10 nm was achieved.
