perovskite solar cells (PSCs) are of great interest because they can be manufactured in a large area, flexibility, low cost and light weight devices. Recently, many groups have focused on the photo-stability of PSCs. To develop a stable and high performance perovskite solar cell requires an excellent transparent conducting electrode (TCE) with low sheet resistance, high transmittance, and high durability. Graphene (GR) TCE is suitable for meeting these requirements. Here, we fabricated doped GR with low resistance, high transmittance, and long-term stability using a dopant of bis (trifluoromethanesulfonyl)-amide (TFSA). As a result, the power conversion efficiency (PCE) of the TFSA-doped GR TCE based FAPbI3-xBrx perovskite solar cell improved to 18.9/18.2 % for rigid /flexible substrate at nD = 20 mM. In addition, the unencapsulated TFSA-doped GR TCE-based cell maintained ~95 % of its initial PCE under continuous light soaking of 1 Sun in 60 oC/30 % relative humidity for 1000 h.
