Surgical removal is the clinical method of treating osteosarcoma, but high recurrence and loss of bone tissue of osteosarcoma affect the quality of life of patients after surgery. In this study, 3D printing was used to produce poly-lactic acid (PLA) based scaffold for osteosarcoma treatment and bone defect regeneration. In addition, bilayer scaffolds were prepared by combining with PLA monolith having different molecular weights. Mg-substituted hydroxyapatite was prepared by wet chemical precipitation and introduced into 3D printing scaffold. In addition, IR 780, which is known to have a photothermal effect, was introduced into Mg-HA. PLA monolith was prepared using thermally induced phase separation. As a result, morphology of the 3d scaffold and PLA monolith was observed by SEM. Moreover, the photothermal effect was observed after 808 nm laser irradiation. In conclusion, bilayer scaffolds are expected to be advanced scaffolds with dual functions. |
