제목 Hybrid Nanoparticles of a Conjugated Polymer and Iron Oxide Nanocrystals for Photothermal and Magnetic Effects
초록 Nanotechnology and materials had been developed and admitted as a promise potential in various applications. Besides, there also exists a strong requirement about the corporation of several applications in one process in nanomaterials, especially for serving biomedical technology. Fulfilling this answer, improvements in material science have been developed strongly. Inside, conjugated polymer has been investigated about their conductivity in optics and electroluminescence while iron nanoparticles have been exploited as promising imaging agents due to their specific properties. We mainly focus the using of these two kind materials as hybrid nanoparticles with multi-applications in both magnetic resonance imaging and photoaucostic- photothermal therapy by absorbing NIR light. Our NPs were assembled by using a new method of forming the phase-separated thin film in the combination with phospholipids. The properties of HNs are characterized through specialized tests in this research.
