Patterning of Graphene in Various Length Scale |
| 초록 |
Macro- or sub-micro patterning of graphene nanomaterial is demonstrated through photolithography, ink-jet printing, and micro-molding in capillaries (MIMIC). Hydrophilic surface patterning, molecular size of graphene, and interface treatment are the most critical factor in above patterning processes, respectively. These graphene patterning can be utilized in various applications suca as sensor, transistor, electrode (transparent or touch-screen), etc. |
