In this article we report innovative applications of nanoporous silica which is synthesized via inexpensive route. It is obvious that each application requires discrete properties of the nanoporous silica. The grinding methods such as nano and micron milling technology have influence in the final product obtained. Depending on the grinding method used, the property of the final product such as particle size becomes improved to suit the desired industrial application. The process reported in this study may significantly be suitable in obtaining the product with superior properties suitable for desired industrial application and it might confer economic benefits to the responsible industries. |
