초록 |
This paper presents the efforts that has been made to show the possibilities of performance enhancement using the already applying device in combination with the Puri-Filter, tested in different operation modes. The Puri-Filter proves to be an air purification device that reduces substantially the amount of specific major air pollutants found car cabin, thus increasing comfort in motor vehicles and provide better health environment for passengers. The apparatus is added to the existing ventilation system but operates as independent control device, which operates at variable speed on 12 volts direct current. The computer simulation programs are used in order to evaluate the best possible operating conditions and the result won during the chamber test were later used during the operation mode in the test car. A principal object of this test was to enhance the performance of filtering system and thus to maintain vehicle cabin air free of harmful respirable particles, noxious and other gases, which present serious health risk |
