제목 Facile method to fabricate omnidirectional anti-reflective coatings with silica nanoparticles.
초록 Herein we report a simple and low cost method to fabricate omnidirectional anti-reflective (AR) coatings with silica nanoparticles via spin coating. Solid silica nanoparticles (SSN) and hollow silica nanoparticles (HSN) were synthesized through Stöber method and spin-coated on glass substrates in sequence to prepare multi-layer coating, and the thickness of the film was 250 nm. The prepared multi-layer film showed graded refractive index (GRIN). Through simply fabricated GRIN multi-layer AR film, transmittance of glass subtrates reached over 99% in broad wavelength range.
