제목 Flexible and Transparent Electrode Combining Graphene and Poly(3,4-ethlyenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate) for Organic Solar Cells
초록 We report high performance polymer solar cells (PSCs) with graphene (GR) electrode combined with highly conductive poly(3,4-ethlyenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS). By casting a PEDOT:PSS layer on the GR, the sheet resistance (Rs) was reduced from ~600 to ~300 Ω/□ maintaining its transmittance (%T) over 90%. Additional acid treatment on GR/PEDOT:PSS induces further decrease of Rs below 100 Ω/□. The devices with the GR/PEDOT:PSS combination electrode showed high power conversion efficiency (PCE) on glass and PET, which were comparable to that from the reference PSCs with indium tin oxide (ITO) anodes.
