In this work, the electrical properties, and thermal stability of carbon black/multi walled carbon nanotube/polyimide nanocomposites were investigated. The polyimide films have been contained 0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 wt.% of MWNTs and 10 wt.% of carbon blacks. The electrical properties of the polyimide films were characterized by specific resistance measurement. The thermal properties have been studied by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and differencial scanning calorymeter (DSC). As a result, the thermal stabilities of the films were increased with increasing the MWNTs content and glass transition temperature (Tg) as well. The specific resistance was decreased with increasing the MWNTs content. |
