제목 폴리글루탐산과 젤라틴으로 만들어진 하이드로겔의 팽창특성
초록 Poly (gamma-glutamic acid) (PGA) hydrogels have been prepared from microbial PGA produced by Bacillus licheniformis ATCC 9945A, water souluble carboiimde (WSC), and gelatin. The swelling ratio and water fraction in PGA hydrogel were affected by pH value. In other words PGA hydrogel was just a little swelled at acidic condition while the swelling ratio of PGA hydrogel reached 20–25 at neutral or basic condition. The PGA hydrogels experienced deswelling below pH 5 before the swelling process reached equilibrium.
