Thin silica shell coated Ag assembled nanostructure of SERS analyte to expand generality. |
초록 |
We used these SERS characteristics that Surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) provide unique non-destructive spectrum fingerprints for chemical detection. However, differences in the affinity of the analyte on the metal surface interfere with the application of SERS in detecting the analyte molecule, which has a weak affinity between the analyte and the metal surface and must be overcome while the two substances remain close to each other. To overcome these shortcomings, we created a thin silica coated nanoprobe that allowed unique affinity for silver to detect and quantitatively detect other chemical compounds simultaneously. With our nanoprobes, we were able to distinguish each SERS peak of 4-aminothiophenol from an aniline in a mixture with a detection limit of 93 ppm and 54 ppb respectively and confirmed by detecting anaerobic activity in streams and tap water. The results suggest that nanoprobe based on SERS can be used as a detection tool to identify environmental pollutants. |
