제목 The effect of ITO thickness on flexible organic solar cells
초록 Indium tin oxide (ITO) has been widely used transparent and conductive electrode in organic solar cells (OSCs), as well as in a various electronic devices such as liquid crystalline displays (LCDs), organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs), thin film inorganic solar cells, and so on. In general, ITO is typically coated on a glass substrate. The use of ITO/glass would deplete the merits of flexibility, light weight, and low cost of OSCs. In this study, we systematically investigated the effects of ITO thickness on mechanical properties and OSCs based on flexible substrate, compared with ITO/glass based device.
