Novel planar donor- π-spacer-acceptor type organic hole transporting material for perovskite solar cells |
초록 |
Novel organic hole transporting materials (HTMs) are substantially important for producing the high performance perovskite solar cells (PSCs). Thus, herein we designed and synthesized a new donor-π-spacer-acceptor (D-π-A) type HTM by combining triphenynlamine, biphenyl and oxadiazole, respectively. The synthesized HTM was systematically characterized and confirmed by 1H & 13C NMR spectroscopy. The new organic HTM showed good optical (high absorption coefficient values), electrochemical (HOMO=-5.10 eV) and thermal properties (Td=411 oC), which are highly appropriate for being efficient organic HTM. Further, we also fabricated the PSCs with new HTM and displayed good device performance. |
