제목 π-Conjugated Donor-Acceptor Polymeric Hole Transporting Material Based on Dopant-Free System for Perovskite Solar Cells
초록 Herein, we report the design and synthesis of a π-conjugated Donor-Acceptor (DA) based polymer (TTTPD), utilized it as a dopant-free hole transporting material (HTM) for highly efficient perovskite solar cells (PSCs). UV-vis absorption and PL spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry, thermo gravimetric space-charge-limited current (SCLC) and atomic force microscopy (AFM) morphology properties have been investigated for the new HTM. By utilizing HTM, we have fabricated PSCs with device configuration of FTO/TiO2/Perovskite/HTM/Au. The polymer based HTM device has shown significant device performance in solution-process with a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of over 17.0%. Moreover, the obtained PCE is in the absence of dopants in HTM [lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide and tert-butylpyridine].
