Removal of leukemia cells in the circulating system by magnetic hyperthermia and the prediction of temperature changes on the cell surface and blood stream |
| 초록 |
In this study, leukemia cells in the bloodstream were directly removed under whole-body hyperthermia, using leukemia cell-specific MNPs. EpCAM antibody was immobilized on the surface of MNPs (EpCAM-MNPs) to introduce the specificity of MNPs to leukemia cells. Magnetic hyperthermia can be used to remove leukemia cells owing to the specific binding of MNPs to target cells. |
