Characterization of particle highly filled EVA composite |
| 초록 |
The high performance and insensitive PBX(Plastic Bonded Explosive) that includes energy materials of nano level were prepared using a polymer mixer(HAAKE Rheocord 600). For safety reasons, the energy materials were substituted for simulant (Dechlorane plus). And to know a behavior of PBX fluid in twin screw extruder, the rheological and thermal properties were investigated. Through this study, the proper extrusion processing conditions were suggested. It would be a valuable guide for the particle highly filled composite. |
