Fluorescent Iron Oxide Core-Silica Shell Nanoparticles; Fabrication of Multi-Functional Nanosystems |
초록 |
Magnetic nanoparticles core - silica shell nanostructures with multi-functional properties were successfully fabricated. The as-prepared Fe3O4 nanoparticles (NPs) were modified with sodium oleate in order to prevent intrinsic aggregation. The Fe3O4 NPs were encapsulated within silica matrix during the growth process. Single or multiple fluorescent dyes were incorporated through double-layered condensation of silica by sequential use of TEOS and APTES. Both magnetic and fluorescent properties were observed in a nanosystems by fluorescence spectroscopy and vibrating sample magnetometer. These multi-functional nanoparticles can be effectively applied for biosensor. |
