제목 Fabrication of Hybrid Nanocoating on ZnS Phosphor via Sol-gel Method
초록 At present, thin film (powder based) alternating current electroluminescence (AC-EL) is the only technology available for the fabrication of large area, laterally structured and coloured light sources by simple printing techniques. To improve the ageing performance, chemical and thermal stability and to reduce outgasing of ZnS-type phosphors applied in field emission displays, surface coating is an effective method. As a sol-gel method is one of the chipest coating method rather than CVD, we coated ZnS phosphor using OTES (Octyl Triethoxy Silane), via sol-gel method, and compared with the phosphor coated by SiO2 using the same method. the coated phosphors were evaluated by FT-IR, SEM, EDX, TEM and it's emission property.
