제목 Synthesis and coatings on aluminium substrates of adsorbent for adsorption heat pump applications
초록 With regard to the enormous amount of available but discarded heat in range of 70-90℃ from industrial processes, adsorption heat pump can provide energy-efficient recycling technology to convert the heat wastes into a useful energy sources. The principle of this system is a cyclic water adsorption and desorption into the inner pore structure of adsorbents. An aluminium-based nanoporous metal-organic framework(MOF) material with high water uptake in the typical P/P0 range of 0.1-0.3 was synthesized and characterized by several techniques such as scanning electron microscope(SEM), water adsorption isotherrm and x-ray diffraction(XRD). Also the coatings were prepared out of adsorbent aqueous dispersion with three different binder contents. Finally the adhesive properties of the coatings on aluminium substrates and water adsorption isotherrm of adsorbents with binder have been evaluated.
