제목 Self-assembled nanoparticle composed of alginate and poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)
초록 The copolymer composed of alginate and amino group terminated poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)(PNIPAAm-NH2) was prepared forming amide bonds between carboxyl group of alginate and amino group of PNIPAAm-NH2. The prepared copolymers are water-soluble at room temperature because alginate and PNIPAAm have hydrophilicity. Above the lower critical solution temperature, the hydrophilicity of PNIPAAm is changed into hydrophobicity, resulting that the amphiphilic copolymer forms the nanoparticle due to self-assemble. The reversibly formed nanoparticle was investigated as a function of temperature
