제목 Controlled synthesis of anatase TiO2 nanofibers and its Dye sensitized solar cell properties
초록 In the present investigation we have successfully synthesized anatase TiO2 nanofibers by electrospinning technique. The various feeding rate of electrospinning method was varied from 1.0 ml/h, 1.5 ml/h, 2.0 ml/h to 2.5 ml/h. The synthesized nanofibers were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning-and transmission electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. We found that, with increasing feed rate, nanofibers diameter and crystallanity increases. These nanofibers were further used for N-719 dye sensitized solar cells (DSSC). The 1.5 ml/h nanofiber based DSSC cell also exhibits promising 5.38 % enhanced conversion with a short short circuit current density (JSC) of 13.32 mA/cm2. The detailed interface and transient properties of these nanofiber based photoanodes in DSSCs were analyzed by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) measurements, intensity modulated photocurrent/voltage spectroscopy (IMPS/IMVS) and open circuit voltage decay (OCVD).
