제목 Synthesis of Superparamagnetic Iron Oxide Nanoparticle Stabilized by the mixture of Poly(ethylene oxide)-b-poly(maleic hydrazide)-g-doxorubicin and Poly(ethylene oxide)-b-poly(maleic acid)-g-folate
초록 In this study, we have successfully synthesized poly(ethylene oxide)-b-poly(N-phenyl maleimide) via anionic ring opening-polymerization using n-butyllithium and potassium t-butoxide as initiators and the reaction was performed in the mixture of THF/Benzene/DMSO. The resulting product was deimidated in DMSO at 120℃ for 24h using hydrazine monohydrate leading to the production of PEO-b-PMAc at the acidic condition and PEO-b-PMAHz at the basic condition. PEO-b-PMAc was then reacted with folic acid in the presence of DCC/NHS in DMF to get PEO-b-PMAc-g-FA. PEO-b-PMAHz was reacted with Doxorubicin at neutral condition to get PEO-b-PMAHz-g-Dox. Using the mixture of these two block copolymer, suparparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles were prepared by using Fe (II) and Fe (III) salt at the basic condition to get nanoparticles. In this presentation we will show the preliminary results.
