Preparation of Antibacterial Metallized Plastisol with Silver/AN Copolymer Microsphere Containing Silver Nanoparticle Using Silver (Ⅰ) Carbamate |
| 초록 |
Silvered expandable microsphere was prepared by reduction of silver 2-ethylhexylcarbamate with hydrazine in the presence of expandable microsphere with thermoplastic AN/MMA copolymer shell. Metallized foamed plastisol coatings were performed on the fabrics at 140℃ using mixtures of PVC plastisol, silvered expandable microsphere and silver 2-ethylhexylcarbamate. The structural and morphological properties of metallized plastisol and microsphere were characterized by FT-IR, X-ray diffraction (XRD). scanning electron microscope (SEM). Silver ion effluence from metallized plastisol was analyzed by inductively coupled plasma spectrometer (ICP). The antibacterial properties has been confirmed through Escherichia coli O157:H7 (ATCC43889) and Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC25923). |
