제목 Synthesis of mesoporous silica SBA-15 in micro-flow reactor
초록 Generally, mesoporous silica, SBA-15, has been synthesized in a batch reactor and it requires a lot of time for synthesis. In this study, SBA-15 was synthesized in a continuous flow reactor to enhance the reaction rate and structural homogeneity of the product. It required at least reaction time of 2 h at 35 ℃ and 1.5 h at high temperature over the cloud point of P123, 80 ℃. They were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), nitrogen adsorption/desorption, and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) to evaluate their structural and physical properties. Comparing with the SBA-15 synthesized in the batch reactor, all characterization results were matched well.
