Efficient way of electron beam assisted delignification with acid-chlorite and metal halide additives and their effect on degree of polymerization |
초록 |
Cellulose was extracted with metal halide additives to promote the effectiveness for removing other ingredients from bioresources such as kenaf and wood. Electron beam pretreated wood made chemicals to be reduced for alkali cooking. And the metal halide additives showed that cellulose yield from acid-chlorite delignification of pretreated wood was increased due to effective removal of other ingredients. We assumed that adding additive for bleaching increased acidity of acetic acid and controlled the morphology of cellulose by coordinating to the oxygen linkage of cellulose. The isolated cellulose yield was increased as increased the mole of metal halide. Furthermore, gel permeation chromatography(GPC) analysis was used to examine the degree of polymerization of cellulose and showed that the presence of metal salts in biomass minimized the DP reduction of cellulose due to acid catalyzed cleavage for acid-chlorite delignification. |
