A PFN series based on (9,9-bis(3’-(N,N-dimethylamino)propyl)-2,7-fluorene) have been synthesized and applied as an cathode buffer layer (CBL) in the inverted device for organic solar cell. The PFN conjugated polymer compromise three kind of back bond named Poly[(9,9-bis(3’-(N,N-dimethylamino)propyl)-2,7-fluorene)-alt 4,7-thiophene) (PFN-T), Poly[(9,9-bis(3’-(N,N-dimethylamino)propyl)-2,7-fluorene)-alt 4,7-(2,1,3-benzothiadiazole)]) (PFN -BT), and Poly- [(9,9-bis(3’-(N,N-dimethylamino)propyl)-2,7-fluorene)-alt4,7-dithienyl-2,1,3 benzothiadiazole) (PFN -TBT).We found that the contact between the n-type interlayer and the donor provides an extra interface for charge dissociation allows efficient electron extraction from the bulk heterojunction, which eventually leads to much improved performance. We found that the highest PCE (9,94%) among conjugated polymer series is achieved in PFN-BT. |
