제목 Patternable Nanoparticles in Two- and 3D- Structures
초록 Stabilization of nanoparticles with functional ligands is the corner stone of most of their applications. Here we present our recent work on functionalization of quantum dots (QDs) to make them photo-crosslinkable[1-3]. Photopatternable QDs can be patterned as such to form active layers in optoelectronic devices or can be incorporated into photoresist to fabricate quantum dot incorporated microstructures. We demonstrate patterning with cadmium containing and cadmium free QDs. We also introduce our work with incorporating silver nanomaterials into hybrid structures.
