제목 | Electrochemical performances of electrode derived from metal-organic framework for supercapacitor electrodes |
초록 | Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) are a class of porous materials that have attracted attention for decades. MOF is becoming a popular technique to construct uniform and similar carbon-based composites with excellent performance in many research fields such as catalysts, storages, and so on. In this study, nickel and carbon composites derived from a metal-organic framework (MOF) are selected as a supercapacitor electrodes. The effects of it on morphology and electrochemical performances are investigated. For analysis of their electrochemical behavior, we synthesized Ni-BTC MOF by hydrothermal method. Structural analysis of the composite was investigated by XRD, FE-SEM, TEM and electrochemical behaviors were analyzed using cyclic voltammetry (CV) and galvanostatic charge/discharge curve(CD) in 6M KOH aqueous electrolyte. |
