제목 건식 개질 반응용 Ni-MgO 촉매에 ZrO2, CeO2, Ce-ZrO2 조촉매 첨가를 통한 안정적인 합성가스 생산
초록 ZrO2, CeO2, and Ce-ZrO2 promoted Ni-MgO catalysts were prepared via a one-step co-precipitation method and applied to the dry reforming of methane. To investigate physicochemical properties of the catalysts, various techniques were conducted such as BET, XRD, TPR, H2-chemisorption, and CO2-TPD. Catalytic reaction was carried out at 800 oC and a gas hourly space velocity (GHSV) of 720,000 h-1 was used to screen the catalytic performance. Among the prepared catalysts, the Ni-MgO-ZrO2 catalysts exhibited the highest CH4 conversion. This result is mainly due to the easier reducibility, high Ni dispersion, and high specific surface area.
