제목 Controlled Synthesis of Hydrophilic/Hydrophobic Hierachical Surface of Aluminum
초록 The controlled surface roughness on micro- and nanoscale have attracted considerable interest because of their numerical application. Anodization makes aluminum surface well suited for nanofabrication of hydrophilic and hydrophobic surfaces with uniform self-organized nanopores. Generally, they have been prepared by harmful acid-assistant chemical etching or by polymer relica method. For this we aim to synthesize hierachical alumina thin films using simplified processing steps of anodzation and boiling. The anodizing of aluminum film deposited on textured Si substrate following thermal treatment in distillated water were carried out to synthesize alumina hierachical structure. The size aof pyramid microstructures were controlled by etching time and temperature. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, and water contact angle measurement are used to investigate the morphologies, microstructures and hydrophilic/phobicity of the hierachical alumina films on Si substrate.
