PtFe Nanoparticles Supported on Electroactive Core@Shell Nanoparticles for Enhanced-Bifunctional Electrocatalysis |
초록 |
The design of novel catalysts and efficient catalysts requires not only reduced usage of precious metals such as Pt, but also enhancing catalytic activity and stability, which are immensely important for efficient catalysts of electrode on both anode and cathode in fuel cells and metal-air batteries. In addition, composites consisting of polymers and metal nanoparticles are of great interest due to their combined properties with improved dispersion of metal nanoparticles and high surface area. We suggest novel core@shell NPs based on AuNPs decorated with PANI which can serve as templates. We systematically investigated the structural development during the sequential synthetic process and compared the performance with respect to metal-decorated core-shell NPs and commercial Pt/C catalysts. The success of this strategy indicates the potential application for the design of bifunctional catalysts. |
