제목 Study on fundamental properties of Pb-Sn-based halide materials for narrow band gap perovskite solar cells
초록 Recently, A(PbxSn1-x)I3 material is being actively studied as a light absorption layer of a rear cell in tandem perovskite solar cell. In this study, we synthesized a material in which A site is mixed with FA-Ma-Cs by mechanochemical synthesis and derived a ternary phase diagram through crystal structure analysis. We determined the excellent light absorption and structurally stable (α-phase) composition Csx(FA0.6-xMA0.4)Sn0.6Pb0.4I3 (x = 0 to 1) based on their ternary phase diagram and photoluminescence intensity. We then investigate the broader effect of Cs+ on mixed Pb-Sn perovskite films using Csx(FA0.6-xMA0.4)Sn0.6Pb0.4I3 (x = 0 - 12%) as the absorber composition in inverted architecture. In addition, we studied structural and chemical stability by analyzing the amount of change in optical properties compared to the initial state when the fabricated films were kept for 1000 hours under inert atmosphere. The results of this study are expected to make a good contribution to deriving narrow bandgap perovskite materials with excellent properties and developing high-efficiency and highly stable tandem perovskite solar cells.
