| 제목 | Preparation of TAIC-reinforced Nylon 6 by E-beam Irradiation-induced X-linked Network Formation |
| 초록 | Polyamides, known as nylons, are a representative engineering thermolpastic. These have a good strgength and rigidity, low friction, and good resistance to organic solvents. In order for the further enhancement of mechanical and thermal properties, the radiation-induced crosslinking of nylon 6 in the presence of triallyl isocyanurate (TAIC) have been studied. The gel content was evaluated by solvent extraction. The effects of the crosslinking on the mechanical properties of crosslinked nylon 6 specimens were measured using a universal testing machine (UTM). |
