제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Spiro and Truxene-linked Oligofluorenes as Novel Materials for Application in Organic Light Emitting Diodes.
초록 The presented work involves the synthesis and properties of new blue light emitting oligofluorene derivatives. Two electroluminescent (EL) compounds containing 9,9'-spirobifluorene (SP) and Tribromohexahexyltruxene (TR) as a π-center and bis(2-ethylhexyl)fluorene (SF) as side group were synthesized. The EL spectra for SF2-SP-SF2, SF-TR-SF were observed at 448 nm and 447 nm, respectively. The structure of EL device was ITO/PEDOT:PSS/EML(50nm)/BAlq(20nm)/LiF(1nm)/ Al(200nm). The effect of change in π-center in the materials constituting the electroluminescent layer of organic light-emitting diodes have been studied with an aim to improve the device efficiency. The EL efficiency of the devices were found to be (0.94cd/A) and (0.25cd/A) for blue emission with a Commission Internationale d’Eclairage (CIEx,y) coordinates of (0.151,0.083) and (0.163,0146), respectivly.
