제목 Development of Tube Type Nerve Guide for Nerve Tissue Regeneration using Biodegradable Synthetic Polymers through Electro-spinning Method
초록 Synthetic nerve conduits have been developed to bridge the nerve gaps by inserting the severed nerve stumps into the two ends of the nerve conduit. Therefore, Important parameters such as physical properties, porosity and biodegradability that affect the interaction and communication between cell-substrate with the external environment of the conduits have to be optimized. In this study, we prepared nerve conduits through electro-spinning method and evaluated the properties of conduits as follows; mechanical property, biodegradability, cytotoxicity, surface morphologies of conduits and cell adhesion behavior according to ECM proteins. We also carried out cell viability test and in-vivo animal test with rat.
