제목 Hybrid Process of Thermally-Coupled Reactive Distillation and Pervaporation for the Production of Ethyl Levulinate
초록 In this study, the conventional reactive distillation with pervaporation (RD-PV) configuration was introduced. Later, the thermally coupled RD with PV (TCRD-PV) configuration has been built up and explored for energy reduction. Both configurations are compared with the conventional RD system. The result showed that the hybrid RD-PV configuration saved 44.0% and 70.7% of TAC and energy, respectively, compared to the conventional configuration. Meanwhile, hybrid TCRD-PV configuration showed 8.0% and 73.0% energy saving compared to the hybrid RD-PV configuration and conventional configuration, respectively.
