제목 Synthesis and Characteristics of Polyaspartamide Derivatives with Tertially Amine Pendant and Their Crosslinked Gels
초록 Polyaspartic acid and its amide derivatives are a class of poly(amino acids) with various functional pendants, which have been widely studied as biodegradable and biocompatible biomaterials. In this work, two of polyaspartamide polymers with tertially amine pendant, PAspAm(DMAPA/EA) and PAspAm(NIPEDA/EA), were prepared from polysuccinimde(PSI), via ring-opening reaction by DMAPA(3-(dimethylaminoproply)-1-amine) or NIPEDA(N-isopropylethylenediamine) with ethanolamine(EA). Synthesis and characterization of these new polymers and their crosslinked gels with basic swelling properties are included in this work.
* PAspAm(DMAPA/EA): Poly[(N,N-dimethylaminopropyl-co-hydroxyethyl) aspartamide],
**PAspAm(NIPEDA/EA): Poly[(N-isopropylaminoethyl-co-hydroxyethyl) aspartamide]
