Organo-metal halide perovskite solar cells, a new generation of all solid state solar cells, have received a great deal of attention due to their superior power conversion efficiency (PCE) over 19% and simple process to fabricate device. Structure of the perovskite solar cells usually consist of a flourin-doped tin oxide (FTO) - glass for bottom electrode, condensed or mesoporous TiO2 blocking layer as the electron transport, perovskite layer for sensitizer, 2,2’7,7’-tetrakis-(N,N-dip-methoxyphenylamine)9,9’-spirobifluorene (spiro-MeOTAD) as the hole transfer layer (HTL) and metal layer such as gold (Au) and silver (Ag) for top electrode. Here, we report that flexible perovskite solar cells with high power conversion efficiency have been developed using silver thin film as semitransparent top electrode on metal substrate. Various types of flexible pervoskite solar cells will be discussed. |
